Shipping and Handling

Your orders are produced after every Thursday cut-off. These will be ready for shipping within 15 working days after start of production. Bulk orders may need more lead time, depending on the quantity. We will email you should there be a need for extensions. 

Orders are shipped out only after we receive your full payment confirmation through our email, beyondstitched@gmail.com. We will send an email confirmation for shipment, which includes your waybill number for tracking. 

We are always on the lookout for fast and efficient couriers. We also sometimes send your packages out using an in-house courier. Delivery lead time is as follows: 

Metro Manila - 1 to 3 business days

Provincial Areas - 2 to 5 business days

Kindly note that there is no delivery and pick-up during Sundays and Holidays.
